When Color Art Printing began, letterpress was our only department. All of our type was set using a linotype that converted molten lead into slugs of type. My how times, and our shop, have changed!!!

Today, we describe letterpress as our special effects department. This equipment enables us to add the sparkle of foil or the drama of embossing to your final product. Letterpress also performs essential services such as numbering forms, permits and tickets. Heavy stock can be scored in order to insure a perfect fold. And, when you imagine paper cut into special shapes, the letterpress department can die cut the shape you need.
